Cancellation Policy

 When you book an appointment at Henna Rose Massage & Wellness, that time is intentionally reserved just for you. We do not double book, and we prepare each session with care so we can be fully present and ready when you arrive.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client who may be in need of support.

Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

If you need to make a change to your appointment, please contact us by phone and leave a message if we are unable to answer. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise, and we approach these moments with compassion and understanding. Exceptions may be made at your therapist’s discretion.
