A neurologically based active, therapeutical technique that addresses the central nervous systems role on alleviating tension and restrictions within the body. RAPID sessions may be uncomfortable, this occurs as the neurological system is being stimulated to restore normal function.

 Manual adjustments are used to create these changes. All body systems are assessed based on client needs. 

Treatment begins in the lower body with the  hips, pelvis, and legs. After these corrections are made the therapist will then move onto the upper body starting with the  head, neck, and arms. Ending with the back, chest, and abdomen; because of the gentle nature of this treatment clients may not feel changes right away. The body can take one to seven days to adjust to the changes made. Although, clients have reported feeling changes immediately, in the way they stand, and how they feel. MOT can help with but not limited to  decreasing pain, improve mobility, decrease feelings of tension, and an over all sense of well-being. 

One of the many MOT treatments include Cranial Sacral Therapies. This gentle treatment workings to improve headaches, stress, tension in the head, and neck region.
